Home Pest Protection is a subscription service that offers protection against future home infestations. Our services cover a wide range of pests that might try to enter your home, from wood-destroying insects like Carpenter Ants to common nuisances like Bees, Yellow Jackets, Rats, and Mice. Additionally, it noticeably minimizes the presence of pests such as Fruit Flies and Spiders. This service even involves the removal of visible spider webs on your property. If you encounter pest issues between your scheduled services, please give us a call, and we'll send a Technician to take care of the problem at no extra cost to you.

TERMS

If a customer experiences a pest infestation on their property during the specified warranty period, Bainbridge Island Pest Management LLC will handle the treatment and control of the infestation at no extra cost. However, certain pests and conditions may not be covered, as outlined below. The methods and timing of the treatments will be decided by Bainbridge Island Pest Management LLC, following industry standards and government guidelines for pest control.

WARRANTY PERIOD

The warranty period is active from one service appointment to the next and concludes when the service is terminated. If a customer opts to skip or delay a regular service, the warranty period is put on hold until regular services resume. When services are resumed, Bainbridge Island Pest Management LLC will check for new infestations. If a new infestation is found, control must be carried out at standard service rates, in addition to the regular Home Pest Protection charge, before the warranty period is reinstated for that particular pest.

RODENTS

If a customer encounters rodent activity while subscribed to Home Pest Protection and Bainbridge Island Pest Management LLC hadn't previously excluded rodents from coverage for that specific location, the warranty includes an initial rodent service, an exclusion survey, and one follow-up service. Any additional follow-up services needed for control, authorized by the customer, will be billed at standard rates until all exclusion repairs mentioned in the survey are completed. Suppose the customer chooses not to carry out exclusion repairs. In that case, the warranty won't cover future rodent infestations, but up to two rodent bait stations (RBS) are allowed on-site before a price increase is applied. The warranty doesn't apply to re-infestations or exclusion repairs resulting from customer or third-party actions allowing rodent access, such as leaving crawl space doors open or construction work. Additionally, the warranty doesn't cover damages to building components from rodent infestations or the cleanup of such infestations.

EXCLUSIONS

If an existing infestation is found during the Initial Service, that particular pest will not be covered by the warranty until the existing infestation has been treated and controlled at regular service rates. Bainbridge Island Pest Management LLC will still carry out its standard pest control procedures for general pests, regardless of whether a specific pest is excluded from the warranty. Subterranean Termites and Bed Bugs are not covered. Commercial Buildings and multifamily buildings are not covered. Damage and/or cleanup caused by a pest infestation is not covered. The treatment of building occupants and pets for bodily infestations is not covered. The treatment of pest infestations of vegetation, whether exterior plantings or interior house plants, is not covered. Pest infestations resulting from actions or inactions by the customer or others that allow pest access to the building, such as crawlspace doors left open, remodeling or other construction, inadequate vegetation control adjacent to the building, general disrepair, etc., are not covered. Bainbridge Island Pest Management LLC reserves the right to terminate service and the warranty if it determines in its sole discretion that the building, the occupants, or the uses of the building are inappropriate for continued service or warranty.
